This darker roast unveils rich notes of dark chocolate, fudge, and blackcurrant, creating a deep and satisfying flavor profile. Ideal for those who appreciate a robust and full-bodied coffee experience, this roast excels as an espresso but also shines in a French press.
This exceptional coffee, directly traded, was meticulously produced by Audon Ramirez, the esteemed elder of the Ramirez family. Our collaboration with the Ramirez family, through Semilla Coffee, began in early 2019 in Honduras and continues to flourish.
