We named our coffee Camilien in honor of this mystical hill in the very heart of Montreal. Whether climber or commuter, Camilien Houde is one of the biggest bike training grounds in the city and a hub for Montreal’s cycling culture.
The Camilien is made from a delicious Brazilian coffee from the Sitio Colina farm located near the town of Poço Fundo.
In this region, growers coordinate to grow their crops using the same equipment, which allows them to reduce their production costs and create a sense of community.
